I’ve been writing about creating yourself, about you creating new futures for a long time.
And I’ve been listening and learning, too. And something new is happening. My operational strategy is no longer how I think of myself – where and how I need to organize myself to be in action on the ways I define myself –
I’ve had to ask myself ‘Who Do I Say I am?” “What should I be doing in every area of my life to accelerate the realization of that?”
I want to add that I’ve just learned the geometric impact of this. If my growth increases by only 10% in each of 5 areas, my effectiveness does not grow by 10%. It probably grows by over 30%. And money is only one expression of effectiveness. I’m looking all over.
But mostly, my growing is nice, but what will it mean for you? What could it matter to you? At the very least – What do you want to read about? Please let me know and let me ‘no’ what you don’t want.
The recipe for perpetual ignorance is a very simple and effective one: be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge
We may be very busy, we may be very efficient, but we will also be truly effective only when we begin with the end in mind.
Steven R. Covey
The business schools reward difficult complex behavior more than simple behavior, but simple behavior is more effective.
When the effective leader is finished with his work, the people say it happened naturally.

The I Ching is the Chinese poetry of the future –
Throw sticks or coins; they resonate
with your soul
The Co ching is my prose
It resonates with your voice
And elicits your choice
And whiffs your rose.
I used to think I knew
Who knew I knew?
I could gather my forces
and quote my sources
because I meant
To win my argument
This was a bad beginning
It’s how to lose by winning
When it comes to having fun
Two heads are better than one
And itching is
Better than bitching
According to the I Ching
And now, also my Co ching.
